discovering things and writing stuff down
I decided to start this website mostly as a personal project, a "place" of somesorts to put my experiences and thoughts. I longly considered the meaning and point of this, hesistating to create it, unsure if it brings anything really to anyone, and why I wanted to make it. I still am asking myself why, and if I even want it to be "out there". I knew that I wanted to share, to store a part of myself and my reflections - but I just didn't feel comfortable with the usual platforms, or squarespace or etc.
In a way, an opensource, badly coded (by me), and slightly wonky web page is where I think this belongs. Whatever this is - if it has to be anything at all.

La douceur de l'hiver fait du bien - Glasgow m'offre un hiver plus tôt que l'Italie. On sent que les gens y sont habitués, leurs vetêments, leurs façons de sortir - c'est pas les terasses, c'est les pubs chauds avec bois et moquette. C'est les bougies et les appartements illuminés. C'est les galleries d'art aux vitres embuées. Le nez froid et les mains dans les poches. // J'essaie de m'éfforcer à rester "au courant" des choses du monde de l'art, et pourtant je n'y arrive pas avec réel conviction. L'essentiel c'est de savoir ce qui ce passe dans la scène artistique proche de soi. Right? Je vois souvent en diagonale. Cependant, il y en a qui me happe. Par exemple: le projet Navire Avenir, le premier navire européen de sauvetage en haute-mer championné par le Centre Pompidou. Stylé. Imaginé pour naviguer et sauver, pour abriter et habiter, partager et raconter, relier et arriver vers des avenirs désirables. Vrai oeuvre militante? Une oeuvre qui agi? En tout cas, je vais suivre sa navigation.

Learning about world building and living architecture for an exhibition project -
Poses the question : in what ways do we manipulate our micro and macro environments to "fit us" the best? Even if we are talking about sustainability - it is the manipulation of micro organisms to create structures... How do we get to a place where a structure evolves on its own - "free" of our driving force? Does that possibility even exist? Can it? If we are creating bio materials for a living architecture, this architecture lives only as we have allowed it to live... to be continued
